About

Artist's Statement

My work calls attention to the beauty of nature that often goes unnoticed, particularly its propensity. We are surrounded by petals, stems, plants, sea corals, rocks, and other elements of nature, above and under the sea level, which continuously fuels fuel my inspiration. The exaggerated forms, colors, and textures in my work are derived from studying details of nature at the microscopic and naked eye level. As one explores the intimate details of my work, I would like to emphasize that I intend to captivate viewers to observe the minute details of all aspects of our surroundings and appreciate the relationship of our co-existence.
